After having held various positions within a car manufacturer and then various IT and telecom manufacturers, Isabelle held business management positions within large ESNs.

Wishing to be more rooted in its territory, it invested in several startups and small innovative companies before joining the Regional Innovation Agency in 2018 to develop activity related to Industry of the Future and contribute and structure the digital sector of the Grand Est alongside the services of the Grand Est Region.

Since 2020, she has held the position of Deputy General Manager with a more specific focus on supporting innovation and the transformation of businesses and territories in the region, while continuing to develop the digital sector, in particular through the artificial intelligence plan as well as actions related to responsible digital technology and trust. In this context, she is particularly involved in actions to increase the representation of women in digital and entrepreneurship.
